Welcome to the BLOCIS Data Portal. This site hosts the curated morphological atlas of murine hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) used in the BLOCIS framework. The dataset comprises 113,236 high-quality single-cell bright-field images spanning six immunophenotypically defined progenitor subsets (HSCs, MPPs, CLPs, CMPs, GMPs, MEPs). All images are available for download, along with paired scRNA-seq data, to support research in morphology-based single-cell analysis and computational biology. The code for BLOCIS is also available at our GitHub repository.
